Mint Chocolate Smoothie

I am a huge fan of smoothies!  I love them for/with breakfast, after a hard workout, or for a little snacky-snack in the middle of the day.  Here is a recipe for a tasty smoothie that is a special treat anytime of the day!  It might sound a little strange but it’s wonderful and a perfect way to get some green veggies in your wee tots belly!

Mint Chocolate Smoothie

  • 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 3/4 cup Milk (I used Almond Milk)
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp Cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp Mint Extract or Fresh Mints leaves if you have them
Introduce these ingredients to your blender and enjoy!  

 

I felt the need to add a few mini chocolate chips on top.
