I am a huge fan of smoothies! I love them for/with breakfast, after a hard workout, or for a little snacky-snack in the middle of the day. Here is a recipe for a tasty smoothie that is a special treat anytime of the day! It might sound a little strange but it’s wonderful and a perfect way to get some green veggies in your wee tots belly!
Mint Chocolate Smoothie
- 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
- 3/4 cup Milk (I used Almond Milk)
- 1 cup Baby Spinach
- 1 tsp Cocoa
- 1/4 tsp Mint Extract or Fresh Mints leaves if you have them
