I’ve been working on my fitness…..lifting weights, cardio…..you know trying to defy gravity! This breakfast recipe is particularly handy if you’ve been pumping some iron and are trying to pump up your protein.
Protein Pancakes
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs or 4 Egg Whites
Simply combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth-ish. Heat a griddle and spray with cooking spray and pour the batter on the griddle. Flip when they start to puff – about 2 minutes on each side. 

Turn these into this….
Flip ‘em
And eat ‘em.
