Blue Cheese and Anjou Pear Pizza

I have yet another recipe that features my Cauliflower Cream Sauce.  I’m obsessed with it, can you tell?

Let’s start this pizza with something so simple but with such complex flavors.  Blue Cheese and a Pear.

Oh, this is going to be good!!

Blue Cheese and Anjou Pear Pizza with Cauliflower Cream Sauce

  • 1 Pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 Veggie Sausage Patty, crumbled
  • Handful of Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • Basic Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Cream Sauce
Prepare the pizza dough and spread on the cauliflower cream sauce.  Add the crumbled veggie sausage, layer on the sliced pears and sprinkle with the blue cheese.  Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.

Don’t you love the awkward shape of homemade pizza.

Spread on the Cauliflower Cream Sauce.

Add some veggie sausage.

Layer on the thinly sliced pears.

Sprinkle on the crumbled Blue Cheese.

 Bake and Enjoy your Pizza!
