Here is a great way to start off your Thanksgiving morning or a delicious treat for dessert or maybe as a recovery drink the next morning. :)
- 1 Banana, peeled
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- Handful of Fresh Cranberries
- Handful of Frozen Raspberries
- Handful of Kale
- Splash of Orange Juice
Put all ingredients in the blender, blend, serve and enjoy!
